Snow and Astill have been in existence in Leicester since 1897 and have remained totally independent during the whole of that period.

The company deals with all aspects of both commercial and residential property.

Snow and Astill have two Partners, Mark Simpson and Kevin Skipworth, together with a Consultant Robin Hall and support staff.

There is also a Property Management Department.

We have acted for a large number of local, regional and national companies including Walkers Snack Foods, University of Leicester, Bostik Findlay, National Westminster Bank/Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds TSB Bank, Bank of Scotland, Diocese of Leicester, Charles Street Buildings (Leicester) Ltd., and Samworth Brothers.  Details of specific cases can be provided on request.
